Upon arriving at Crystal Falls, visitors will first be struck by beautiful landscaping blended with the rolling natural terrain. Manicured lawns, colorful planting beds and ornamental trees will signal the arrival into the extensive naturally beautiful Community. The overall character of the entry experience will be that of an exclusive, yet wel­coming natural retreat.

Visitors will be greeted at the gated entry guard house, which is designed in the southern vernacular style to blend with this pristine environment. A large split entry drive will separate arriving and departing vehicular traffic adding to the sense of exclusivity.

The Marina is located in one of the large sheltering coves on the Hollis Latham Reservoir. The Marina has private, leased and daily use boat slips as well as temporary docking for sail boats, canoes and non-motorized boats. The Marina will not only be geographically located in the center of the community but will become the site for the varied homeowner activities on the Terrace level. The Marina is designed with a shingle style vernacular and will take on a natural weathered appearance, harmonizing with the natural setting of the lake.

Swim/tennis complex consisting of a Jr. Olympic swimming pool, Zero entry area and water features; eight (8) lighted tennis courts; Swim and Tennis pavilion. Construction will begin later upon market demand.

The heart of Crystal Falls is the vast lake and natural green spaces which meander continually through the over­all community. Several miles of pedestrian sidewalks will run through Crystal Falls.
